In 2017, Lisa dreamed up and started Back Bay StoriTel. After being in the BioPharma industry for over 20 years doing marketing, strategy, and digital media, she saw a need for Employer Branding within the Biotech industry and decided she would take on the challenge. She has ultimately delivered!

A tour de force within the industry, Lisa knows all the ebbs and flows and is an empowerer and steady rock for her clients. She is passionate about finding the best in companies and loves to bring that to life in a way that leadership teams and employees are proud of. As social channels and digital mediums are constantly changing, Lisa loves learning it all and encourages her team to creatively problem-solve and take on new challenges.

When she’s not working with clients, you can likely find Lisa swimming laps in the pool (where she gets her best ideas), skiing in Vermont with her family, or attending Yappy Hours with her Cavapoo puppy, Radar.
