Sage was my very first client and remains a client today!

When we started, we had just over 4500 LinkedIn followers and very little on social media across the company. Our Sage tour de force – Erin Lanciani, Chief People and Experience officer – wanted something bold and different. With a core value of Do Big, Sage was poised to make a difference in Brain Health and that had to come through to future Sageans. We joined forces with Red Pill Talent and Ph Creative to help create and curate a Talent Brand like no other with over 85,000 followers today. This came after we invested time in campaigns like Future Sageans as well as other video content for the site and for social media.

With a goal of hiring 500+ people in a year, we were able to attract and hire the very best talent due to our social media campaigns and incredible Sagean videos with little to no media spend.
